Experiments - Crystal System Interpolation Study
An experimental investigation into AI's capacity for creative interpretation, using Stable Diffusion and FlowFrames to generate visual interpolations based on the Crystal System installation. This study explores how machine learning algorithms interpret and transform the sculptural framework, refracted light patterns, and spatial relationships from the original interactive installation.
The AI processes the physical installation's core elements - wooden geometric structures, dynamic light interactions, and meditative spatial qualities - creating algorithmic interpretations that exist between documentation and re-imagination. Through interpolation techniques, the study examines how artificial intelligence perceives and reconstructs concepts of light, form, and interactive space.
This digital extension of the Crystal System project investigates the creative potential of AI as both documentarian and collaborator, questioning how machine learning might understand and reinterpret human-designed contemplative experiences.
