Art direction for the closing event of "Breaking Borders," an award-winning exhibition curated by Valeria Ceregini at GOMA Gallery, Ireland. This livestreamed performance featured Jas Singh's provocative SABOTAGE project, broadcast from The Generator in Loughborough to audiences at GOMA Gallery.
SABOTAGE delivered a highly provocative, politically charged and deeply emotional piece exploring the intersection of multiple narratives and discourses in contemporary arts. The performance combined visual storytelling with powerful imagery, creating an intense dialogue about borders—both physical and conceptual.
Breaking Borders aimed to explore how different narratives and discourses intersect in the arts, engaging conversations with exhibiting artists through musical and performance art contributions. The exhibition was recognised with the Curator Award 2021.
