A collaborative installation exploring perception, presence and our relationship to the spaces we inhabit.
Combining sculptural form, reflected light and responsive systems, Crystal System creates an immersive environment that shifts in response to audience presence. Refractions, shadows and fragmented reflections transform the gallery into a contemplative space where visitors become active participants within the work.
Originally commissioned for Light Up Leicester and subsequently presented at Institute Research Lab as part of Loughborough Lates, the installation examines how simple interactions can alter our experience of place, encouraging moments of curiosity, stillness and connection.
