DIGITAL | Audiovisual Entrainment Performance
An experimental AVE (Audiovisual Entrainment) live set performed at The LCB Depot's Lightbox Gallery for the launch of DIGITAL on December 3rd, 2021.
Audiovisual Entrainment uses pulses of light and sound at specific frequencies to gently guide the brain into various brainwave patterns, potentially impacting mood, focus, sleep patterns, and cognition. This live set explored a sonic journey from Delta to Beta frequencies (1Hz - 30Hz), investigating the effects of AVE away from clinical contexts and presenting it as a cultural experience.
